Delivery & Returns
Order Processing and Despatch:
All online orders at www.prestigewheelcentre.co.uk are immediately processed. Using our extensive packaging, some of which is exclusively designed and manufactured for Prestige Wheel Centre Ltd (PWC), we ensure all orders are checked, securely packed, and despatched by our secure and insured courier delivery service, reaching you within 1-3 working days of your order being placed providing the items ordered are in stock or unless a longer delivery time is stated with the product you have ordered, i.e: special order items particularly forged wheels. At present, we contract UPS.com for the most reliant delivery service.
Often orders placed before 3.30 pm will be despatched the same working day. If an item is out of stock or the item will be longer than 3 working days we will contact you by phone or email prior to processing the transaction to let you know and to see if you wish to proceed. Please note tyre images are sometimes generic and can be used if no other images are available. Please contact us if you would like confirmation of the tyre image.
What if the delivery is attempted and you are out?
All deliveries are courier delivered and therefore require a signature upon receipt. If you are not in when your delivery is attempted, the driver will post a card, outlining details of how you can rearrange a second delivery at no extra cost or make collection from the local holding depot for which they will provide address details. Alternatively, if you work weekdays we can arrange the delivery to go direct to your work address provided we have the full business name and address, and a contact telephone number. We reserve the right in some cases to only send to the cardholders address.
Orders are despatched from PWC with an attached invoice for your records. If you have any invoicing queries or require an invoice copy of a recent order, please do not hesitate to contact us for a free of charge invoice copy from our accounts department.
All goods are thoroughly checked prior to despatch and are then securely wrapped and packaged and security sealed to ensure safe transit. We can get the items packaged exceptionally quickly to ensure your order is with you without delay in the quickest time available. The packaging is important when mail ordering so we take it very seriously to ensure your goods reach you in the condition they were in when they left us.
Even though we securely package every item to endeavour that it reaches you safely and securely, unfortunately on very rare occasions goods can be damaged in transit due to the nature of the products so all postage charges include insurance. If a parcel arrives and the box/packaging appears damaged, please sign for the goods and clearly print "DAMAGED" next to your signature. Then upon opening the parcel, if you find that any product within the box/packaging is damaged please call us on 0121 377 8866 so that we can assess the situation. Please put all items back into the original box/packaging as following on from there we will make a collection of the damaged item and arrange a redelivery of a replacement free of charge. We reserve the right to offer a direct replacement. If the item shows signs of being fitted, it is excluded from this exchange policy. Unwanted items will strictly not be accepted after 14 days and will need to be returned by yourself.
Cancellations, Returns & Refunds for non-customised items:
Cancellations can be made for all orders that have not yet entered the shipping process. You will receive notification of this by email and once your item has been dispatched you can no longer cancel your order.
At Prestige Wheel Centre Ltd we want you to have a positive experience every time you shop with us. Occasionally though we know you may want to return items & we do offer returns for most purchases. Please note you must return each item within 14 days of receipt of delivery & in the same condition in which you've received it. This means items must be returned unused and undamaged.
Subject to inspection of returned items, a refund will be issued and within 14 days via the original method of payment. Shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
Items returned after 14 days of receipt of delivery will not be eligible for a full refund but may qualify for an exchange.
Special order and imported wheels.
If you have a special order item or wheels that have been imported for your vehicle and wish to cancel, Prestige Wheel Centre will refund minus return shipping costs to the country of origin, and a restocking fee of 15% off the original purchase price. Custom made to order goods are non-returnable or refundable in any circumstances.
