\t\t\t\tHere at Prestige Wheel Centre we love to undertake wheel customisation and refurbishment challenges. In this case a well renowned Birmingham car dealer Marshall and sons<\/a><\/strong> visited us to have there fully loaded Mercedes E63 customised. The results as you can see were amazing.<\/p>\n

Below is the Mercedes E63 on arrival with wheels scuffed and not in the best condition.<\/p>\n

After the wheels are prepared and then powder coated to the gloss black finish needed for the inner barrel and windows.<\/p>\n

The wheels are then diamond turned as you can see above and below.<\/p>\n

You can see the finished diamond cut wheel almost ready for clear coating.<\/p>\n

Finally back on the vehicle in the new finish once TPMS sensors are fitted and wheels digitally balanced.<\/p>\n

The finished results are grand. A few small finishing touches are applied such as tyre shine and finger prints removed.<\/p>\n
