BMW M4 Competition pack 666m alloy wheel refurbishment at PWC

After only a few months of use we had a set of BMW 666M alloy wheels from an F80 M3 Competition pack in after all 4 wheels had received minor kerb damage. We have the original finish in stock and was not an issue to renovate these wheels back to OE standards.

First of all tyres are removed along with TPMS sensors before a chemical strip is carried out. Our wheels go through prep, then cleaning prior any powder coat being applied.

After ensuring the back pad of the wheel is protected we then carry out powder coat and correct colour.

Our IN-HOUSE state of the art CNC machined takes care of re-surfacing these wheels using custom made diamond tips for the best finish.

After machining, the wheels are then checked for any defects then deburred prior to clear coat. Only the best clear coats are now used for the best and clearest finish.
