This Audi R8 V10 spyder comes in for Diamond cut alloy wheel refurbishment at Prestige Wheel Centre Birmingham Midlands. Below we can see images of the damage caused by everyday road use and by mounting pavements/kerbs etc. At Prestige Wheel Centre Birmingham we are able to totally erase any signs of damage to almost any wheel.
After stripping and preparing the wheels for refurbishment they are then place onto our state of the art CNC diamond cutting machine where we take a digitized image of the wheel before machining takes place.

Now we see below the wheels after renovation.
So now they are looking as good as new there ready to have new tyres mounted at customers request. In this case we used 305/30r19 Pirelli P zero RO1 to the rear and 235/35r19 Pirelli for the front.
After precision wheel balancing the wheels are then mounted onto the car and the finished result is a happy customer with new looking wheels.
