We recently had an X5 2012 model come in with 21″ style 375 Peformance wheels which were scuffed and also in need of new tyres. Tyre sizes were 285/35r21 front and 325/30r21 rear, which we had in stock and was not an issue. Three of these wheels had minor kerb damage and one had some slightly more significant damage to it. We caught up with the job half way through and took some images while we could. The images below show the wheels after being repaired, put into primer and then the original gunmetal BMW finish applied.

Having the knowledge in the correct products to use is vital to achieving the perfect finish. As mentioned in previous posts the wheels are powder coating and not just painted as this is more durable than wet paint.

The wheels are then machined and after have a final inspection before going back in for clear coat lacquer via powder coating.

This is not easily achieved but years of training and experience is how we are able to produce outstanding work consistently.

Here are some shots of them fitted to the X5. Centre caps were ordered by the customer but did not come in time before the wheels were due to be fitted.
